Every day in France, 4 tons of cosmetic products are thrown away.
It’s a sad reality, especially since many of these products are still perfectly usable. Overstocks, end-of-line items, manufacturing defects, discontinued ranges, packaging issues or non-compliance… these are among the many reasons they’re discarded.
Since 2022, under the AGEC law prohibiting the destruction of new unsold products, we’re here to help brands give their surplus a second life.
If you have unsold hygiene or cosmetic products that can no longer be sold, you can donate them to us. Once received, they are either packed into kits or distributed loose, then sent to partner charities for redistribution.
We accept a wide variety of hygiene, cosmetic and cleaning products: toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoos, shower gels, creams, makeup, diapers, laundry detergent, menstrual products… The needs are vast and every product counts.

Yes. As a non-profit organization recognized as serving the public interest, UNISOAP can issue a tax receipt. A donation of goods is eligible for a tax deduction, just like a financial donation. Your company can thus benefit from a tax reduction of 60% of the donation value (based on the total value of the donated products), up to 0.5% of your annual revenue (Article 238 bis of the French General Tax Code).
The products are distributed to people in vulnerable situations through our partner associations across France. These partners are selected based on their activities and the communities they serve. In particular, we support people facing extreme hardship (homeless individuals, refugee populations), students in precarious situations, vulnerable women, and isolated elderly people through our major projects.
